+ We provide free standard shipping via USPS to all orders in the U.S.

+ We ship to the shipping address provided by you. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.

+ All jewelry items are made to order. Please allow allow 2-3 business days for processing and 2-3 weeks for delivery.

+ For international orders, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 4 weeks for delivery.  Customs and duties are the responsibility of the receiver.

+ Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delays occurring due to carrier, misstatement of your shipping address, damages that occur during shipment and your destination’s customs.
