Full Return Policy

RETURN GUIDELINES:

All returned products must be in unworn, brand new condition, and be returned in their original packaging including box, pouch and tags.

Engraved or monogrammed products are not eligible for return or refund at any time.  Original shipping fees, duties and taxes are non-refundable.  We may deny a return at our sole discretion should returned products not meet the return guidelines

STANDARD RETURN POLICY:

We offer free 10-day returns for customers in the U.S. starting from the day the shipment is delivered.

 

TO INITIATE A RETURN

Email us at rennstudio.ny@gmail.com to receive your return authorization number.  Then follow steps and print ship label provided in email.

 

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

+ Item(s) must be returned in their original condition with no signs of wear or damage.

+ Items must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch).

+ Email rennstudio.ny@gmail.com for a return authorization number. Please note that returns will not be accepted without an authorization number.

 

The below items are non-returnable:

+ Engraved and monogrammed products

+ Gift cards

+ Final sale items

We do not accept any unauthorized returns, and any such items will be returned to sender without Renn New York bearing any liability or responsibility for associated loss.

 

RETURN SHIPPING:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.  Returning orders subject to a return fee will be deducted from the amount being refunded to you.
